Poor customer service, would NOT recommend this shop to anyone! Bought a pair of trainers after being told they were the right size even though repeatedly said they felt tight as I was told its that they are new! Complete waste of money as I have only ran 3 miles and couldn't feel my right toes! Certainly would not purchase anything else from them, which is a shame as I recommended them following my first pair of trainers purchased from them!!

I ordered a pair of running trainers one day and to my surprise they arrived the very next day even though estimated delivery time was 3-5 days. Excellent service. I will certainly be using again. Thank you HumberRunner.

I was rung up personally to be told that the shoes I had ordered had been recalled by the manufacturer so if I processed another order for a similar shoe, this would be sent out to me on the same day. I received my shoes the following day and I am extremely happy with the level of customer service I received. I would recommend and come back to Humber Runner in the future.

My parents bought me this as an early Christmas Presesnt as I am training to do my first half marathon. I am so happy with the watch and as I had a spend limit, I was so pleased at how reasonable it cost, and how quick it arrived. Very well packaged too. Humber Runner is located between me in Milton Keynes and my Parents in Co Durham, and it is obviously a small local store, so I was so happy to buy from them. I had an initial query to ensure I had ordered the white limited edition, as it was not stipulated on the order form, I had an almost instant response, and was very happy!

The Garmin watch itself is ideal, has a touch screen and Heart Rate Monitor, I will be buying other ancillaries (GSC 10 for my bike and maybe the foot pod before the weather closes in and I have to go to treadmill training.!)

The Connect Site with Garmin is also excellent and I can upload/download to the watch any training program, including pace or heart rates to train to.... I am only on my 4th run with the watch so getting used to its features - but every day I learn something new and useful! I love it.

I ordered a Garmin Forerunner watch last Monday evening, after a long search online Humber Runner offered the best price and postage was free. I called on Tuesday morning to confirm that the order had been received and was told it was being dispatched already! I received it on Wednesday which left plenty time for me to get used to it before my half marathon on Sunday. I am very impressed with both the price and speed of delivery and will be sure to use Humber Runner again and recommened to my friends!
