2 of the 4 items I ordered from Flipped24 were out of stock, I was unaware of this until the order was delivered. With the order I received an invoice explaining that I would receive a refund for the out of stock items. After a month of waiting I had not yet received the refund. I email Flipped24 twice about this and received no reply.

Flipped24 website does not give a phone number.

After a little searching I found a phone number for a company called 2Seasons who are based at the same address selling similar products.

I called this number and asked to be put through to the Flipped24 Customer Service department, the lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful; she explained that they were in fact Flipped24 however that store has now been closed. I gave her my Flipped24 order number and she performed the refund.

Ordered a pair of trainers 2 weeks ago, I'm still waiting. I've emailed them to get an update but no one has acknowledged me or have had the courtesy to reply. There's no phone number on the website, so if they're not responding to emails, so right now I've no idea what's happening and I even go so far as to wonder if they're a genuine company.

I ordered a pair of boots from Flipped24 and they arrived the next day. I emailed previously to confirm sizes were UK and received a reply the next day. Boots are great, even if packaging was a little bashed. I would definitely recommend the store.

Found a sweet Snowboard jacket for only £50. 100% genuine too and came the next day. Will use again. Only thing is they have limited sizes available, but guess that's cause it old stock.
