i ordered a treadmill in dec2006 and it never arrived and no refund was given i have contacted the police and it is now in there hands you cant even phone this company but they are still taking orders.i hope they get caught and prosecuted for there frudulent trading online

I am still waiting for the item I ordered from Fitness Boat 2 months ago. I have only received 1 automated email. Their telephone Number is unavailable. A letter asking for a full refund was sent recorded delivery, but it was returned to me unopened, stating "addressee gone away".

I have lost all faith in Fitness Boat, and should I hear nothing in the next few days, I will be contacting my bank to hopefully cancel any transactions. If the moneys have been taken, then I am rubber ducked, as they are non-contactable.

I ordered a trampoline from Fitness Boat and was advised delivery would be seven to ten working days but to my surprise, the item was delivered within 5 days. Great service!!
