Fabletics Have Absolutely No Right To Keep Your Mo

Fabletics have absolutely no right to keep your money.

They obviously bank your money in their own bank account and earn interest without crediting that earned interest back to you.

Although their Terms & Conditions instruct members wishing to leave to communicate in writing, when you ask their customer service for assistance by email they refuse, giving the (false) excuse that they don’t have adequate security approval. Obviously this is complete nonsense, customer services is manned by the same people/ call centre, or they use a very limited number of pseudonyms.

The ‘real’ price of the clothes is very expensive and the quality doesn’t warrant the price tag; £65 for a pair of medioc leggings isn’t reasonable.

The most straightforward way to get your money back is to contact your card provider and inform them that you haven’t received anything from Fabletics and that you didn’t approve the withdrawals.

Fabletics - Don't Purchase Goods From This Company

Fabletics operate a VIP membership but this is not completely clear to customers. They take £44/ month.

I thought I had made a one off purchase and such it took me several months to realise Fablectics were still taking money from my credit card.

When I realised I cancel my membership and ask for a full refund. The refund was refused.

The only way to use this credit to buy gym clothes, really there are only so many gym clothes a person can own.

If you opt to order clothes then your membership is reinitiated. I believe this company is a unethical and to phone them you must use a premium rate telephone number.

This company is a disgrace, I would strongly recommend that you don't use them!

In addition if you complain on their Facebook page, you get barred from posting comments. Which gives a completely biased impression.

Completely agree, I think the fact that they advertise on national TV gives you a false idea they are ethical, an expensive lesson!! I only hope this company is on the radar of a number of consumer programs....

I am in absolute agreement. It has been very upsetting and stressful for myself also and when the clothes came... Well the only thing that was of good quality was the jogging bottoms. The sports bra was just a crop top, being a 30 Hcup I require support, these do nothing and can not be classed as sports bras! The t-shirt was a nice design but very cheaply made! Dissatisfied and disappointed, I feel like i have been ripped off! The monthly payments of £44 are not made clear, you must either skip a month or ring a premium number to cancel which can cost you up to £10 depending on how long they keep you chatting!
