I got my cousin to order me a oversize basketball size 9 for xmas but was sent the girls one (size 8) instead. So I thought ok they have made an honest mistake fine. Rang them up the guy was like yeye fine we will get the right size one sent out. 3 weeks later nothing. I had to ring up again and then I was told they don't have any size 9 in so all they can do is refund. Well if someone told me earlier I could have gone somewhere else and already be playing with the basketball. I honestly believe that if I had not of chased it up they would not have contacted me back! Poor service here
