I Just Bought A 18.4" Acer Laptop From Pc World, C

i Just bought a 18.4" Acer laptop from PC WORLD, could not find any bag big enough to fit my laptop. The Jansport boost bag, had been just perfect. A bit costly, but definantly a good investment!!

I think would last me few of my uni years. :-)

The Backpack I Bought Became Faulty So I Asked Epa

The backpack I bought became faulty so I asked Epacks customer services if I could return the bag for repair/replacement.

They refused and said I had to send it directly to Jansport.

I called Jansport and asked for a postal address for them and they informed me that I could return the bag directly to them, but this was unusual, and they would be speaking to Epacks because they were not happy about them asking their customers to return goods directly to them. They said this was because the Jansport returns department is for suppliers, not consumers.

I have now found out why: after nearly three weeks my bag is apparently in Belgium where it is being inspected for replacement!

I would have thought it is usual for an online retailer to do their own inspections and send out replacements as needed, and not expect their customers to wait many weeks for a fit to use product.
