Terrible customer service. Took ages to reply to initial email where they had forgot to send me an item i had paid for then accused me of lying! Will never use the company again and would tell everyone to avoid like the plague.

Like many people have mentioned, i ordered an item that wasn't in stock. So i requested a refund through eMail, then they stopped replying. I phoned up the number on their website after that, was told the systems had frozen and they would call me back. Never received that call.  now i'm £30 out of pocket

This company has publicly admitted to selling my husband counterfeit goods but refused to refund his money or do anything about it. The products costs hundreds of pounds and are dangerous to use! There is no way we would buy anything from them again.

Same experience as below - no product despite saying in stock on website and confirmed by telephone. Promised delivery in time for a race. No refund yet.....

Took payment for goods ordered, over 2wks later nothing arrived and apparently having checked account the orders apparently complete although no delivery has been made or even attempted..tried contacting them no one answers phone or tellies I the emails message and posts.

Am £251 out of pocket with no products and still trying to get hold of someone to speak to.

Not impressed

Ordered twice before and thought it'd be fine but very disappointed in the way I'm being treated, it's ridiculous that they should be able to get away with things like this, they give all those hardworking people who actually deliver services paid for a bad name

If I don't receive anything soon I will be reporting them to Trading Standards

Go elsewhere for your stuff NOW, do not buy anything from elite supplements... i paid over £100 and expected my stuff yesterday so i called and was greeted by very unfriendly staff, unsupporting and they said my billing address was incorrect, checked it over and even my bank said it was ok so i adked for a refund which they said i would get yesterday, still nothing but i will fire up a fraud claim against them if i dont get it today. I WARN YOU DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ELITE SUPPLEMENTS.

Ordered Maximuscle products midday Wednesday, arrived midday Thursday to NE Scotland.

This transaction was absolutely fine. Delivered with timescales. I got a bit worried after reading these reviews after I placed my order. Called on the Thursday, answered promptly and told the my delivery was due that day. True to their word it turned up. Based on my experience I will order again from this company. Great price and service.

Placed an order on the Friday expecting to receive the goods on the following Tuesday (as the website stated that I should). The products were marked as in stock and the order went through fine.

Come Monday my order was still marked as processing in my account so I called to inquire whether I would receive my order the next day. The customer service representative informed me not to worry and that I would receive it the following day (Tuesday).

Nothing on Tuesday so I called again. The lady apologised and assured me I would receive it the next day (Wednesday).

Wednesday comes and still nothing. I rang again and the lady said that they were waiting for one of the items to come into stock despite the website stating everything was in stock at the time and despite being lied to on the past two calls.

All in all a terrible experience which means I won't be ordering from these guys again. Really wish I had read some of the other reviews on here before ordering. Don't make the same mistake that I did.
