First you need to remember that YOU should consider yourself LUCKY to shop at CC. They explained to me that despite advertisements all over the web site stating SAME DAY shipping that this simply isn't the case. When I complained I was told that I didn't read the fint print of the terms and conditions that actually says it can take 2 business days. Well it's now 4 business days plus a holiday and a weekend so 7 days and it still has no shipping information yet. Wasn't expecting the world here but don't advertise that you are BETTER than everyone else and then FAIL to deliver and then have your our be, oh you need to read the fine print. What a crock. Should have just ordered from Amazon or REI. Market leaders don't get their by accident I have a feeling this place in someones basement. Couldn't even get an apology, basically go f yourself, we got our fancy contract. I see it as false advertising.

I just ordered a pair of Schwalbe Mondial tires, but the product service received was excellent. I have only done a couple hundreds miles on the tires but so far I am extremely pleased with them. They roll very well even on gravels, and the weight is good. The price @ cyclocamping was better than anywhere else, and shipping was free. I will definitely come back to them for my future touring needs!

I just received my Ortlieb bike packer, and so far it looks amazing. very well built, tons of room, and sexy look! shopping with cyclocamping.com was one of the best shopping experience I ever had. First they spent 1/2 hour on the phone with me explaining all the differences between all the panniers. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the sales rep. Then the order was shipped same day for free, and I received it 4 days later!!! seriously, what else can you ask!

Even though there was an initial problem in getting the item shipped, this company left me deeply impressed with the lengths they were willing to go to rectify it. I will certainly do business with them again.

These folks were great and went above and beyond good customer service. We were planning a bike trip in Alberta Canada, and I was advised that they had the BEST bike map of the Canadian Icefield Parkways. It happened to be out of stock, but Steve was terrific to order it speedily and even split the mailouts! Thank you!.

For more drama..my friends bailed and I even had the gall to ask for a refund---and they did. Such a gem.

The company is about cycle touring, and does exactly what it says on the tin. I would highly recommend anyone who's starting or thinking about doing a tour, to visit the website. Especially when in a foreign country - it helped us alot to to know we had one website with all of the things we needed. I have nothing in terms of dislikes.

However, it is obvious that the owners have extensive international experience and have selected specialized high quality equipment. When you are hundreds of miles away from help, equipment is critical. I place an order and received it almost immediately.
