Poor, Poor, Poor!

Did not despatch the goods as they clearly advertising them at a wrong price.

Advertised as in stock and despatched within 3-5 days, the following day I received an email stating the 'Unfortunately our stock system was incorrect and the item you have ordered has sold out. I will process a refund. Apologies for this error Kind regards Cyclexpress'

No name to contact to see when stock is coming back in, I replied to the email which bounced back, I then logged onto the site as I'm happy to wait. Completed an email contact form as there was no number, no response.

Extremely poor service, well no service..

Waste of time.

I Wish I Reviewed This Site Before I Purchased!

I have never been to the shop but used the website once and will never give them my money again.

I ordered two items totalling over £60.

I waited a week for my goods but didn't receive. So I called and was told one of the items was not in stock so my order was on hold. OK. I changed that one item to something that was in stock.

Waited another week. I called and was told they were sent but by non-recorded delivery and unable to track the order. I was asked if I wanted a refund. I agreed and was told it would take 3-5 days to receieve the refund.

Waited 10 days. No refund. Called and was told it should be on it's way, wait another day or two.

Two more days no money. Called and they said they will do it again and should be with me next day...!

No money. 5 weeks have passed and I have received no goods or refund. Now, no one answers the phones!

I am in the process in reporting to my banks fraud department and trading standards.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!

If Cyclexpress read this then return my money and i will with-draw my experience from the appropriate places.

Do Not Use

Absolutely poor - no receipt of item, not able to get through on telephone, delayed answers to queries, no reference on the purchase, very brief communications without contact names. I thought this company had compromised my credit card. Payment taken, and not refunded.

I would be very very cautious about using this company

Please Don't Use This Company. Very Poor Service

ordered over £100 worth of gear from this company at beginning of Sept. Got order confirmation straight away which was fine. Next day, got an email claiming one item was out of stock and would be 10 days. Decided to wait but over 2 weeks later, nothing. No goods, no email, no call to update. I chased and was given no apology, just that they would get the order out asap. Within 3 days got one pair of shorts. Still waiting for the rest of my order over a month later. Again, no update emails etc. Will be requesting a refund, though by all accounts, this will likely take forever to arrive as well. My advice, shop elsewhere.

30/10/11. Still no refund despite being promised it would show in my account 2 days from requesting it on the 21/10. People like this shouldn't be allowed to trade.

20/10/11 Quick update. Called to complain and request refund and was promised items would be with me in 2 days. Even better they would upgrade my items to better than ordered. Figured it was worth the wait...........but no. Sent out a computer of lesser spec and no sign again of the shorts so have returned computer with a covering note requesting for full refund. That was nearly a week ago 14/10/11. Yet again, no acknowledgement of receipt or next action. Avoid shopping here. You have been warned.

07.09.11 Was told it's out of stock. Should be back in stock on 16th.

FROM DAY ONE THIS COMPANY HAS LIED, THE GDOODS WERE IN STOCK, THEN THE GOODS HAD BEEN DESPATCHED, THEN THE GOODS WOULDN'T BE IN STOCK FOR AT LEAST 10 DAYS.

Still Waiting. In Stock Is A Lie.

Ordered a saddle, no confirmation email or anything. Emailed them, got a reply saying they apologise but were out of stock yet they still took my money immediately.

Still not heard anything, they still have my money and I have no goods.

YET, the website STILL says the item is 'in stock and available for immediate delivery'. Cearly a lie. They are obvioulsy just buying their stock to order. Very poor.

Took The Money, Failed To Deliver, Still Waiting For Refund

I ordered some cycle overshoes from Cyclexpress on 12th June. My credit card was charged on that date. After they didn't turn up I emailed and was told that they were out of stock and my order had been cancelled. However when my credit card bill came through I discovered that I had not been refunded. I emailed twice but received no reply. Today I phoned and was told by

I Found Cyclexpress Through Google And I Was Delig

I found Cyclexpress through Google and I was delighted with the sunglasses I ordered online. They were half price which is fantastic, especially for sunglasses from Madison. There was a great selection, I was spoilt for choice.

My sunglasses turned up ontime and there were no problems so I havent had to deal with anyone at the company. I will definately use this website again, they have awesome cycle accessories for very competitive prices!

I Bought A Kyptonite New York Bike Lock Which Is U

I bought a Kyptonite New York bike lock which is usually about £70 everywhere else and got it for £50.00 on cyclexpress, which was great! Ordered it on-line so i never spoke to anyone, but I did get an email telling me when it would delivered. Lucky for me it was on time, so nothing to report there.

All round good service and they do a nice give-away on facebook which is cool.
