After i contacted Lazer Helmets on twitter for a UK supplier i was told to buy from Evans Cycles, so i did. They told me my helmet would be with me in 5 days, then they changed that to 1 month, 1 month came and went and they changed there mind again and put it back by a further 2 weeks.

So i then came across www.cyclesportsuk.co.uk, who are a stockist of the LaZer helmet range so i emailed Andrew, who went above and beyond the call of duty to source my helmet for me. He ordered it from supplier for me and got it to me the next day! Not only that it was £20 cheaper than Evans Cycles!!!!!

My 1st experience with cyclesportsUK was the best online shopping experience i have ever had. I usually use chainreaction but its extremely faceless, no personal touch. Your order doesnt matter. Not the case with Cyclesports and in particular Andrew as he pulled out all the stops for me and i am 1 happy customer.

You have been bookmarked and i will be using you as my No1 choice for my biking stuff.

The level of customer service i received was fantastic.

I ordered 2 pairs of Pearl Izumi Elite Symphony Knickers, paid almost half what I paid from another website. I was so happy with my purchase for the exact same pair of cycling pants. Found this website accidently on Google search and was a bit reluctant but not anymore. Love my purchase. It was fast, great service and on time.

I bought my new cassette from cycle sports UK because it was cheap and the item was in stock. After a week I checked my account and saw there was no progress on my order so I emailed them. They informed me that my item would be delivered to them the following day and would then be dispatched to me despite website saying the item was in stock. Waited 12 days now and still no item. Not reliable and will not use again.

Ordered a jacket on 02/06/12 from Cycle Sports UK. After four days i received an email saying that the jacket i ordered is not in stock. After looking at there web site i spotted the jacket was still showing in stock. I looked for a contact number to ring, When i rang there was an answer machine to leave a message. I AM NOW GETTING WORRIED , This company has my money and there is no one to speak to, just an email address. After several emails back and forth I was asked to select another jacket. After selecting another jacket I asked if they could send it to me next day delivery for free as I needed it for a bike ride over the weekend and they said no. Now I have no jacket and they have my money so I cant buy one till the money goes back in my account. so I canceled the order and I have just received my money back in my account today 12/06/12. i find the customer service/support to be the worst i have ever experienced and would never recommend Cycle Sports UK to anybody...

i been purchased from this time 3 times, 1 time i send back item for refund was no problem at all, next time i sent back items worth £320 after 2 months for replace no problem at all.

cheap delivery, flexible, great discount, i will dafenately recomend them 1000% they never even asked me why are u return you items for refund or exchange love them and certainly will shop again

I have been using Cyclesports UK for a few years because they have always been competitive on price, prompt with delivery and up front when there have been problems with parts.

On a couple of occasions that I've bought something that hasn't fitted properly (clothing and a lamp bracket) there has been no quibbling about swapping it for something else.

When they've not listed something on their website that I've wanted, or when what they have isn't quite right, they've always tried to get what I've asked for. I remember when Conti brought out some new top-end, lightweight touring tyres that hadn't been launched in the UK, Cyclesports made the effort to get a pair imported for me in about 5 days - who else would do that?

I guess that they are a small outfit and it must be tough competing against the big boys (Wiggle, Chain Reaction, Ribble, etc.), and I guess things probably do go wrong sometimes, but I can't fault them.
