this company has taken my money without sending the goods. Neil Shelder, the owner of this company, if you are reading this I am not going to let you get away with this.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased from cutting edge martial arts supplies. The seller does not respond to any communication and i would advise people to steer clear. This man is a conman who's registered business address is his home even though it is listed as a industrial unit, he posts no phone number on his website, which is illegal. The ONLY way i was able to get my money back in full was to go through paypals resolution centre and make a full claim against him, he didnt even accept the claim, he just bad mouthed me through payppal then refunded the money. AVOID THIS CONMAN!!

Ordered my items a week ago, so still in time with their "5-8 working days (not guaranteed)". Came across these reviews so thought i would add my findings with this company.. I have rang their number (which i received through Paypal) and it appears to be a messaging service which the Seller must have to ring to get any messages and it isn't his place of business. I have put a complaint in with Trading Standards which is on hold till the end of next week and will be a go if nothing is here by then! I will keep this updated..

Awful company- I ordered some shorts, which did not arrive. I emailed them, only for them to tell me it is usual for parcels to go missing!! They told me they are out of stock of the item i ordered but are still advertising them online. This is an offence, (you cant sell what you dont have!) and shows the company are clearly acting in an unlawful manner.

DONT order from them.

I wish i had read these reviews before i purchased from cutting edge martial arts supplies i have not received my goods and ruined christmas for my partner, as well as losing out on 30 quid, the seller does not respond to any communication and i would advise people to steer clear!!!

I ordered this T-shirt 25 days ago and the cutting edge martial arts supplies took my money on the same day. To date I have not received my goods (when I paid for a 72 hour delivery service) and nor have I received a reply from the numerous emails I have sent. I am the best part of £ 30.00 worse off with nothing to show for it apart from an unhappy 16 year old son who hasn't received a birthday present from me this year. This is a disrespectful, mean company.

I ordered a sports holdall from Cutting Edge - I am still waiting almost 2 weeks later for it to arrive. I have emailed them at 3 different email addresses - 1 bounced back as unknown, the other 2 emails I am stil waiting for a response. When I call their number 01302 247 257 it says it is out of service. They took my money and I havent had my goods or any communication. The bag was a present for my husband's birthday, which has now long gone. I'm giving them one more day to respond then I am going to contact PayPal who I paid through, for a refund and I will be writing them a very poor review. Don't buy from these people whatever you do!! Its a complete waste of time!! Joke company, joke service.

I would advise anyone thinking of using Cutting Edge Martial Arts Supplies, to avoid it. My goods have not arrived after one month (delivery promised within 3 working days) and the people who operate it will not reply to communications via email. If you look on the "contact us" page of the website, you will notice that there is no phone number. Moreover, I have not been able to write to the company, because the address listed is a residential address with no house number listed. The website also authorises card transaction through a merchant account that doesn't indicate the website you bought the goods from. This is perhaps another method employed by the company to avoid sales and aftersales responsibilities. I am now processing a charge-back through my credit card company.
