Ordered a chainring last week. Have not received item, nor have I received an e-mail confirmation. I have however printed the confirmation of my payment and checked with my credit card supplier re the payment - this has been taken out of my account. I have e-mailed this company to no avail - all e-mails have come back indicating delivery failure. I have tried telephoning them only to get a recording asking me to leave a message. This I have done asking for a return call and leaving my telephone number. Nothing!!! What has happened to this company and indeed the item which has been paid for? I wish I had read the reviews on this company - seems I am not the only person to have fallen foul of this company. My experience does not even quality 1*.

I ordered a pair of Campy jocky wheels. They sent a pair of Campy Brake Pads, and then MADE ME PAY for the return shipping. Since I live in America (for some reason Campy jockey wheels are hard to find here) it cost me a lot to send back, and then when I tried to get the correct part they were out of stock. do not buy from them.

Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with these muppets.

Bought an item and it never appeared. After a few emails from me, got a response from them saying that even though the item was sent first class it can take 3 weeks. Seemed to me that they never sent the item in the first place and fell behind the Royal mail policy, hoping i would forget about the item.

I raised a case with ebay and thankfully, as I paid with Pay Pal I got my money back.

Moral of the story. Dont ever buy anything from these clowns and always use Pay Pal on ebay.

I bought 4 items and paid by bank transfer. I waited for the items to arrive but that never happened, so I tried to talk to the seller by email asking what was going and he replied saying he had already shipped the articles and that I would have to wait.

I waited one month but the order never arrived. Now, when I contact the seller by email ask for refund he never replies to me. He added the following comment on his feeback page in ebay:

The buyer has never paid for the item

"

Amazing Seller !!! That must make ebay proud.

Purchased a low value item from this shop via eBay and received it fairly promptly however I requested a return.

I posted the item back to the retailer who claimed not to receive it.

I feel taken advantage of and in addition to rude and poor customer service that this company is dishonest. I will not be using the company again and would advise others to do the same.
