I purchased a pair of socks via Amazon, I found them considerably cheaper elsewhere. I refused the parcel at the doorstep & was told it will take 2/3 weeks to process the refund. Three weeks had come & gone as I was getting the same robotic response every time

I contacted them. I contacted Amazon directly & they stepped in & processed the refund in 48hrs of contacting them. I’d avoid this company if you’re looking for a speedy response.

Only found item wanted by specific search. Just as well i knew the name of item wanted. Item did not show up on more general search within site. Could have more detailed description of item. Had already tried on item in a shop, but were out of right size stock, so knew what i wanted and what size. Final purchasing very straightforward.

As I've just completed the order I assume this review is about the order process. I don't normally do reviews but I think this site deserves a positive one. Some sites make it very difficult to order (my pet hate is when a field you've entered is rejected without informing you what should be in there)or insist you open an account before you can complete the order. That's when I abandon the order and look elsewhere. This site was painless and user friendly. Easy!
