Sizes delivered too small. Their size chart is way the heck off. Paid extra twenty $ for faster delivery and it took a month. Have these people never heard of UPS/Fed EX? No 1-800# to call and speak to a human. No timely response to web page compliant ticket after 48 hr. They really need to step up their game. Price and product quality is very good,Service and delivery and problem resolution Sucks!!!

Never processed my order. Credit card fraud division called me on " funny" charged the day after my purchase. D not even try to give them you card number!!!

I have been waiting now for more than 1 year for some cycling shirts.

For unknown reasons, the shipment was returned by customs.

They ask to pay again for shipping and are not willing to give back money.

Useless customer focus.

I just placed my second order with them. I just strated cycling and bought a fairly good bike, decent pedals and some entry level shoes plus some pants from my LBS. All of this was pretty expensive so decided to try and get some stuff for the spring/summer from this site. It took about 4 weeks from ordering to get the items (jersey and bib shorts). In fairness to them they did say 7-15 business days and not calendar days. As I said I'm not an expert but I'm very happy with the products. For $60 (including shipping) I got a very nice 2011 Castelli outfit. The shorts are way more comfortable than the brand name pants that I got on sale for $120 at the LBS.

As previously noted patience needs to be a virtue if you order but we tend to know when the seasons change so can order ahead.

We have tried 4 times to order from this store. Each time we get a cannot process card message. Emailed the store and was told by Lerins "sorry this happened." That is it. No offer to figure out why or to take our order. The prices seem fabulous and we were more than willing to try it. Apparently the prices are too good to be real.

I tried to order a set of shorts and bib but when i got to the payment stage there was shall we say complecations, there was no order confirmation and apperantley i went on a further 5 times. The plus side was someone called Lerins cancelled the orders and luckily confirmed that no payment had gone through. The e-mails where all within 24 hrs allowing the time differance which i gretalt appreciated as i did not want an unwelcome bill of £180.00. A big thankyou to Lerins for acting swiftly, but there could be a better way or was it just my luck that paypal was down. All in all room for improvement..

I am waiting 4 weeks for my items . This is the first time I used this site and it will be my last. After a trail of emails I finally received my tracking number YESTERDAY my items are in shanghai somewhere. I live in Ireland. I'm hoping they arrive in time for Christmas.. I'm not too hopeful..

Just placed my second order. Yeah, the ordering system needs improvement. The shipping is pretty expensive, but it is more than made up for by the low cost of the shorts I ordered. They are very nice, great looking, well padded. I am very happy with the shorts.

The ordering screen is a pain to go through. It would be much better to have all of the items on one screen rather than having to scroll back and forth. When placing the order, it looks like it didn't go through. There is a type of error message. I entered it again, same thing. I then checked my account and it showed that both orders were placed. I emailed them immediately, and they cancelled the orders for me. I placed a new order, realizing that the error message would come but the order would go through. Don't let the long lead times and order process scare you away. The stuff is really good at a great price. Everyone will want the cool bike shorts you have!

Ordered 4 pairs all less than USD$165 on 16th Nov 02' got concerned when i came here read some of the reviews, on 19th Nov Monday went back office decided to email and determine further if they'll even reply..Ms Lerins reply was fast and of little words, but very politely apologized on any issue at all..

Waited another week still no waybill number and never heard from Lerins so Monday 26th Nov email her again, she immediately apologized as usual and quickly provided waybill tracking number EE834693387CN inbound to Singapore. I checked earlier today 29th Nov, it already arrived at Speedpost sort facility, I'm going to receive it today so lemme check contents and return later to update on goods quality, so far it's been good..8 working days i'm impressed since shipping is not by DHL, UPS or FedEx lol..Thanks for reading, leave me a line i'll provide as much info as i can, cheers!

Have used this company two times. First time ordered two jerseys and choose the flat rate method. Cant remember how long it took but was within what they promised. The next time I ordered it didnt go quit as smooth as I would like but things still worked out. I choose the faster of the two shipping methods because I didnt want to wait 2 months as I did the first shipment. For $20 what the heck. After about 4 weeks and still no order I wrote them and was told my products were on back order, when explained that I might cancel my order they returned my $20 and my package arrived about the same time as the flat rate shipping. 2 months. FYI use flat rate and be patient. Am going to order again in near future.
