I purchased a set of Avid 4 piston brakes from Buy bike bits. The description mentioned nothing about them being OEM, but they definitely were as the levers were alloy and not carbon.

I have tried to ring so many times but the phone never gets answered

If they had said OEM I would not have bought them as if they go wrong I am sure warranty will be a problem and also I paid almost Chain reaction retail prices.

I think that the only thing to do will be to go to Avid and see if they can help

I bought a bottom bracket after searching the internet long and hard and finally found the one I thought I was after. It was sent to me really quickly, but I found out that it was the wrong one, my mistake, but after contacting Buybikebits by email 3 times to ask to change it I received no reply, I rang the phone but no answer. Finally I had to order the correct one and return the old one, I am still waiting for a refund for the first one and still havent heard anything, if I dont hear anything soon I will have to take out a case with paypal, definitely wont be using these guys again

Service is second to None speed of delivery is amazing. Ordered two maxxis ardent tyres came within 24hrs!!!!! Is quicker than chain reaction will deffinetly use buybikebits again infact writing a review while looking at the stock on the website. Thanks. Staff really helpfull

I have used Buybikebits in the past and have been very happy with them until I bought a set of Easton EA90 Wheels a few weeks ago, they were a post Christmas present to myself

They arrived very poorly packed where the hub had come through the box, they wheels had mud on them so they had been used - not very much but they certainly looked like they had been used. If it wasn't for the fact the price was so good and they weren't damaged I would have sent them back.

I hope this was a one off and Buybikbits get back to the great service they gave before

Upon stumbling on this site,looking for best deals on FSA SLK Range.

I got my double crankset for £75.00 cheaper than anywhere else.

The only downside was everything else was out of stock.which was

Handlebars,seat post and stem.But you can see why with the value you get shame I could not off bought the lot!!!

Not only did my new crankset arrive in under 24hrs of the order being placed but it was a perfectly described brand new product at about 30% if the retail value. I've always been a bit wary of ordering from online stores that seem to be to good to be true but you have restored my faith in online shopping. I thought the price was too good to be true, but as I'm rebuilding my bike on a budget I thought I'd give it a go. Delivery was fast and the chainset is much better than I expected! The bottom bracket was even included which I wasn't expecting (the listing did state it when I looked back, I just didn't read it properly the first time!). Will use this place again for sure! There was no negative to this transaction at all.

I came across Buybikebits by accident. I'd missed an item on Ebay and saw there details. I rang up and they couldn't have been more helpful. I purchased a set of Easton Haven Alloy bars at a fantastic price. The were despatched FOC by courier and arrived the next moring.

I will definitely use them again. What a fantastic lucky find.
