Took My Money And Never Supplied The Item
I ordered a bicycle chain protector through Ebay from this online shop last summer. It said to allow a while for delivery (coming from China) Contacted him a couple of times when it never arrived, each time he said he will send it. Eventually offered my money back which I accepted only for him to then say it was too late to refund. Then he just stopped replying to me. I then found out the deadline had passed to open a case through Ebay. Strange he replied at first then stopped when he knew I could do nothing about it. I was unable to even leave a review on Ebay to warn others. Ebay not helpful either, they still allow him to trade. Paypal deadline had also passed. This seller stalled me and then ignored my requests to supply the goods I paid for. I was lucky the amount he stole was small, it could have been a lot worse. Not only would I NEVER place an order with this shop again it has also put me off ordering through Ebay.
I wonder how many times he has done this? He probably thinks because the amounts are small that we wouldn't do anything about it. I hadn't heard about Econsumer before so I will put a comment on there too. I tried Trading Standards but they couldn't help. Good luck with getting your money back, I hope you are more successful than me because yours is a larger amount.

I bought an item Wireless weather station for $22.99 on 22.10.2012.
which never arrived on my address. I contacted him, Boyboy0755, several times, first time he told me that he is new to this job, he asked me for my address and promised me he will resend the item. Since than nothing happen, I have tried to contact him but no response from him. I have reported him to ebay , for paypal is to late and will report him to Econsumer.gov. I,also, will never use this seller and shop again and I have stopped using ebay. Ebay customer support was not helpful at all, I have to do there job and fight for my money. Shame, shame, shame
