Ive ordered from this shop 3 or 4 times, and its mostly been good, however this time was not the case. I bought 3 things on the same day 2 from ebay and one from BMX-Shop, annoyingly the two ebay items arrived first, and the bmx-shop 2 days later, taking a full 5 days to get to me- Poor. And when it did get to me they managed to send me the wrong item. I'm really very unimpressed with this. Other than that its a good company with competitive prices, but they could do with updating their site a little bit more to compete with the other shops out there in terms of discounts.

The all round service I received from this company was outstanding from the moment I placed my order which was on a Monday to the day my product was delivered which was on Wednesday. Staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Will recommend to other people aswell as myself will purchase from here again. Quality of product is excellent, packaged very well. Everything about my experience was easy to understand. Website was clear to navigate around.

Ordered a bike the week of the Royal Wedding and despite this it still arrived on time. Was talking with a guy Scott over the phone who was extremely polite and very very helpful. Would definitively use these guys again. the bike itself was by far the cheapest I had found on the web. 10 out of 10 :)
