I ordered a service kit for my forks however there was an defect with the product recieved. I contacted Bikegoo and they were very friendly and happy to support, offering to send a replacement kit. The part was currently out of stock, but as soon as it became avaliable the part was posted straight away.

I wanted two seals for a disc brake bolt. Cost via the cynical bundling of manufacturers is around £30 as is bundled with other service The advisor e-mailed me, offered the seals for a couple of quid and popped them in the post. Unique and heartening and great value for the ordinary cyclist. Fantastic.

Placed an order on-line with Bikegoo on Sunday evening and, using the free postage option, the parts arrived with my on Tuesday morning! Can't get any quicker than that - short of driving for two or three hours to pick up the order and then driving home again!

Love that you don't have to register or open an account to buy something - though I did anyway as I feel I'll probably be getting more stuff off them in the future. And it's nice to have the option to pay with paypal.

Ordered some tube spares and an inner tube on Thursday and they arrived Friday. That's what I call a fast turnaround, and the good were very reasonably priced. I also found that Bikegoo seems to be one of the few online retailers to sell Weldtite Presta valve cores, which are not exactly a blue chip item but rater essential to the proper functioning of tyres.
