No Problems When The Fleece Turned Out To Be The Wrong Size
I was sure I had ordered a LARGE but when I received a MEDIUM I checked the confirmatory e-mail it did have an M I had not noticed. Bike-Discount (based in Germany) had no problems in accepting a return and paid for my return postage and then sent me a LARGE. There was no problem with this return and they immediately replied to my e-mail. Good service after all but double-check your size I the order.
