My RAB jacket never arrived. This was a fault with the Postal Service. However beoutdoors under-insured the item, responded very slowly to my emails, never returned my telephone calls. I had to take my case to the postal review board to get back the insurance and got just £50:00 back- maximum for insurance. I have just reported beoutdoors to trading standards because they will not respond to my request to refund the outsanding amount. Horrible experience.

They provided a fabulous service which is so rare these days. Really impressed and the price of my Rab jacket was as competitive as I have seen.

I was kept informed of the progress and a small hiccup was communicated really quickly.
