I found Ardmoor through a goodle search for a specific product. I had not bought from them before but their products were reasonably priced so I chose to go with them. Unfortunately one of the products I ordered was not in stock in the size I needed, however the customer service teams went out of their way to ensure I got a product that satisfied my needs. I am really pleased with my purchases and would definitely shop with Ardmoor again.

Brilliant product - a cold wet day in the field and I was still warm and dry at the end. Thank you Ardmoor for again providing me with great service and brilliant out door clothing!

Stay away from this company since they are the most disreputable company I've run across in my 60 years. I ordered several items from Ardmoor with the standard delivery charges that I paid for in the transaction. I never even got the items ordered due to a $200 plus dollar "brokerage fee" that I'd have to pay before receiving my ordered/paid for items. This fee was never mentioned in the transaction or any paperwork in this regard. Anyway, I refused the package since I couldn't afford this outrageous brokerage fee. I asked the carrier send it back to Ardmoor. I e-mailed the company and of course, they have not responded back to me. I asked for a full refund [800.00 from Ardmoor. However, this a nightmare transaction from a company that uses disabled veterans like myself. I can't believe Armoor tries to use disabled army veterans who have honorably served their country. There is nothing lower than a company that uses disabled veterans!

I have been buying from Ardmoor for a while, and why I come back time after time is because of the fantastic service supplied there. Nothing is too much trouble and if something needs returned there is no problem. If it is not there, and needs ordered, it is prompt, and reliable. Couple this with a very high standard of outdoor footwear and clothing offered at very reasonable prices, you have the perfect internet shopping experience. Why would I go elsewhere? It cost £10 to return a £35 pair of shoes because they don't have a free (or pre-arranged) returns system

– and then a replacement order for the size up was accepted but not delivered. When I inquired what was happening after two weeks, they said that the manufacturer had ceased to produce them and refunded me. What would have happened if I hadn't emailed?!

So, final result: no shoes, two weeks wasted, £10 down. Upsetting.

I ordered a fly rod and a fly reel to go with it for my daughter to use when we went fishing one and a half weeks after I had ordered.

However, when it came to the big fishing day the items still had not arrived. I phoned a few days before only to be told that one of the two items was out of stock.

Three weeks after I had ordered the items eventually arrived. Two weeks after the big fishing day, two weeks too late,

Bare in mind that these people had my money for three weeks certainly makes you wonder whether they order stock as they receive paid orders.

The lady I spoke to was very polite, however at no stage has an apology been offered.

Will not be ordering from this company again,

At last, a really good country sports website for all the family!

I bought a ladies shooting jacket and neoprene wellies for my children - the advice was excellent and I now have a very practical jacket which manages to be stylish too. The children's wellies revolutionised the winter - no more complaining of cold toes!

I am planning to buy the children's Seeland jackets soon too - especially with the current weather.

The website was very easy to use and find my way around and the checkout process was clear and simple. Delivery was very fast. I would definitely recommend the site to family friends (and have done so already!).

I found this website when searching for proper sturdy wellies for my children - their prices were excellent and had a great range to choose from. I even ended up buying a pair of boots for myself. The delivery service was as promised and I found the website easy to navigate. Great for anyone who likes outdoor activities - particularly field sports, like shooting jackets, fishing rods as well as a great range of clothes for farming ( I bought overalls for all my children and one for the husband too!). The only thing that I felt could be improved is the range of goods on offer, but from Ardmoor's home page it looks like they plan to add more as it is a fairly new site. Will definitely visit again.
