I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Did not receive my order. Unable to get through on phone no:not recognised, so no customer service.

I just wanted to add to the chorus of people who have been treated badly by Aqua pride.

They have been carrying out their disgusting behaviour since at least 2011. My grandmother ordered a replacement cap, it was never delivered but money was taken. Aquapride never contacted us and I could never get hold of them. PayPal were unable to help

Avoid at all costs, and maybe experiment with other companies on either Amazon or Etsy. They were ok in the distant past. Thankfully they are not the only company, selling caps for those with dreadlocked hair

Wish I'd read reviews about this company. my son has a big head I followed their instructions measured his head and orders a large volumiser swim cap. They send a medium swim cap which is no good to me. They also do not mention how they wiould refund difference of cost. I have phoned and sent several emails, they have never responded. I now have a swim cap I can't use, and they have my money for a more expensive cap.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, TOTALLY UNRELIABLE, UNCOMMUNICATIVE, AND BAD BUISNESS OWNERS.

i ordered 4 swim hats and I have not received them and no responses to emails or calls. in the past I ordered hats from this company or perhaps the initial legitimate one and was satisfied but now they seem to be taking money without any intention of providing goods so BEWARNED AND BEWARE

Used these hats for years now just bought 5 more to keep in my car, draw locker ect although my previous ones are in pristine condition. I just want to avoid ever leaving home without one especially as they are such great value and reasonably priced.

I swim everyday and usually get asked at least once a week about my swim hat and I always recommend aquapride.

Well done aquapride at least someone is getting it right...

Like the previous reviewer I too was looking forward to receiving my swim hat from aquapride for my dreadlocks. They always say they are out of stock, and then they say they will refund the difference, and then they are going to post it out the next day!..Months..years down the line you will never receive it. This is a rip off company and I have contacted Paypal and they too have not been able to stop this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Try a speedo hat for longer hair with another hat under it for now. Such a great concept for swimming especially for long dreads, but what a sad way to rip people off!

I ordered and paid for a swimcap from AquaPride in February 2013. It is now May 2013 and still no cap and they still have my money and they will not respond to my phone calls, text messages or emails.

After making my order I didn't receive my swim cap after 3 weeks so I contacted Aquapride and they informed me that the cap was out of stock and they would process a refund within 24 hours. Long story short - two months later and no money has been returned by Aquapride. Aquapride is impossible to contact. They have a mobile number to which you can text. I have been texting for two weeks straight, daily and still no response. I've also emailed again no response. I called the number on Tthe website - no one answers, all you can do is leave a message which I did but still no response.

I am really disappointed and frustrated. Not only have Aquapride taken my money they don't have the decency to respond to me.

I've rated them 1 star because I had to. They deserve no stars. I do not recommend Aquapride. It seems to be a rip-off.
