I contacted Allsports Gifts when I saw that they sold personalised football team diaries. I had left gift buying a little late and needed the diary within 4 days, much less than their stated lead time. The person that answered the phone was both friendly and helpful and assured me that it would not be a problem. I placed the order with her over the phone and sure enough, the diary (and a scarf) were delivered on time. Fabulous service that deserves recognition.
