Won't Refund For A Product That Doesn't Work Well
Bought a Black Diamond headtorch that won't turn on once the batteries get a little bit flat (rather than other headtorches, like Petzl, which just get dimmer). Won't refund for the useless headtorch (but the same torch bought elsewhere did refund).
Plenty of other places to buy outdoor gear online, so why risk it with alloutdoor.co.uk?
