With my new shoes, i can play tennis all time without problems!!

As a recreational tennis player looking to improve, I was looking to purchase a new racket recently. The staff at YC Sports not only helped me choose a racket by recommending a certain style, size and brand, but they were also able to offer me complementary items such as spare grips and shock buttons for a heavily discounted price. They knew exactly what I was looking for and as a result I've saved money and managed to find a racket which I am comfortable with and suits my game! I would definitely return there for any tennis equipment I need in the future because they give excellent value for money and are very knowledgeable.

I had my two tennis racquets restrung for the first time at YC sports this weekend and I'm really happy with them! Since my last coach (who would string my racquets) left the country a few years ago, I've not found anywhere 'good' to have my racquets done. I was really impressed by the friendly staff, the super-fast turnaround time and the quality of the work. I shall definitely be going back and would recommend YC to anyone for their restringing!

Bought Lee Chong Wei's Autobiography book and it was my first ever purchase from the shop. The process was easy and the delivery was fast. I'm satisfied with the service and would've given a 5 stars rating but I was a little bit disappointed that the book was not bubble-wrapped.

Navigating the site is great, easy to find items. Great selection of items, the only that let the service down was there was no confirmation email for my purchase which left me unaware that the payment was completed successfully.

Sort this and would be 5 stars.

I placed an order for a Badminton Racquet on the website. I was telephoned the next day to inform me that the racquet I ordered was in fact sold out and I was offered an alternative at the same price. I received the racquet the day after it was shipped. All in all, a very encouraging first experience and I will certainly be shopping there again.

They have a great selection of things if you are actually into sport rather than shops that sell fashion and are able to give good advice.

I was served immediatly as soon as I walked into the shop. The staff were very helpful and the service was fantastic. The quality of the rackets are fantastic and the price is exceptional quality for money!

The staff are helpful and welcoming making the shopping experience a pleasant and quick one, I was served immmediately on walking into the shop with no waiting around. The shop was tidy,clean and organised with a wide range of products all at great prices! Staff were also very knowledgable about the products on sale offering good advice which again was very helpful. Overall a very positive experience and a shop I will be visiting again.
