We hired this company to send out a e-mail marketing campaign to one of their lists which contained 60,000 e-mails for one of our clients. We designed the e-mail the same way we have designed for other marketing campaigns which have always given us good results, we then sent it to them to check it out and told us it was fine.

They sent out the e-mail and we got a handful of clicks to our client's site, none of which led to sales or even a call.

When we asked them what went wrong they suggested we tried several more campaigns to get more results, each of which would have cost $3,000. They took no responsibility, told us they weren't experts in e-mail design and then recommended we stick to other forms of marketing.
