Never received a product. Contacted them via email with no reply. Ordered in October Still haven’t received anything.

I agree with others on this review, I wish I would of checked them out before I bought.

Ordered August 7. Took my money right away, $199.00.

After a few months, I checked with customer service, I was told UPS lost my order and if I wanted they would refund me 10%. Then he said he would let his supervisor know and they would resend it. Now it is November17. No word or product from anyone. I've contacted them 3 more times. No response. I'm going to turn them in to the BBB also!

So disappointed!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I placed an order on August 25, 2017, they took the money from my account on August 27, 2017, but I have not received my merchandised that I paid for. I have emailed them twice, no response back & when I call, after 3 rings I am disconnected. I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau and I have already spoke to the financial institute that I used. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau and the credit card fraudulent department.If they get enough of the fraudulent claims the credit card companies will blacklist them.

Value for the money? Too good to be true!!!!

I wish I had read the other reviews before I wasted my money ordering from this company. I never received my order. I was told USPS lost my order and it would be reshipped. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Business!!! Never received my order, never received a refund! Tried to email customer service;however, my emails came back 'undeliverable".

They did not ship product. Phone is disconnected. Came with excuse they were busy. I had to ask them why order was late

I order the black mask three months ago. They never shipped my product and now they will not refund my money. Do not use this site.
