DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY! It is a sure con. Any good reviews are all fake!!!! I bought 2 pair off ugg boots and was sent a pair of cheap converse in a tatty box 5 weeks after order! They don't even sell them on their site!! There is no customer service! I have sent email upon email only to be ignored. No telephone numbers or addresses to contact and even their email address takes you through to another site selling dresses!! I have studied their reviews and believe me they are fake! By the way I had to mark one star to write this review but obviously these robbers deserve prison not a star!!

They sent me the wrong pair of boots (paid 150 euros and send me a pair worth 95euros. It's been a month now trying to contact them to give me a returning address and authorisation (as advertised on their website)to send the boots back for an exchange but they don't answer to my emails. NO CUSTOMER SERVISE - NOT A TRUSTWORTHY SITE AVOID IT

i've placed my order on the 3th of january and now we are the 5th of february andt i'm still waiting for my boots.

I'm wondering if this a real site?

Have more people have problems for receiving the boots?
