Ordered a pair of trainers. Paid £8 for quick delivey 3-12 working days (when sent toy country). Only a month after I received email that they have finaly dispatched my item and i should expect it in around 3weeks time. Obviousley this was way past the promised delivery time and I asked for a refund. Never received an answer to my claim. After another month I contacted customer support and through that system communicated with the seller. They claimed rhat their system shows that my item was delivered. The rest is not their responsibility! The tracking number they provided me with never ever worked either. So no other reply than "this is not our responsibility" and "your item was delivered". No trainers. No money.

Paid £8 for quick delivery which took nearly 3 weeks. Recieved totally wrong shoe design and size. I have emailed Several times and even sent pictures of what I recieved as well as what I ordered! Their communication has been terrible, no apologises or instructions. They are just ignoring all my emails. Very unhappy customer please beware!!!
