I Have Called Tendersteps Several Times About Gett
I have called Tendersteps several times about getting my money back (they have confirmed that they received the goods back in perfect condition)! I still have not received a full refund. No one returns your calls and the manager is never available. My credit card company will be pursuing this, but I would certainly not use them again. I would only recommend them if you are 100% certain that you want to keep the goods (which with kids feet is not easy!).
