Biggest Rip Off Ever
We ordered a pair for christmas for my son .we got email to say they had been delivered they hadnt. So contacted Dhl and they said the parcel was lost in transit. I am still arguing with the company to get money back. DHLtold them to put in a claim which they have so they have had money back from Dhl and still refusing to refund me. Cant take them to small claims court as outside of uk

Rip Off!! Do Not Order Off This Site!!
Absolute rip off. Do not buy from this site. We ordered 2 pairs for christmas off this site for children who were gutted at these disgraceful counterfeit goods. A pair of pink/black/blue which have not even come and a pair of purple/black. The purple/black ones came, they were not even black and purple just plain black. The gluing and stitching was poor and the plastic bit at the back was not even real plastic and wasn't even attached correctly to the shoe!!! Only after paying over 100 pounds were we notified they were coming from china and the delivery is not free as they lead you to believe. The number we were given to contact if there was any problems was a chinese number and we could find two different customer service emails that also sounded very fake!!! The shoes, if you can call the that, came in a thin plastic bag and not the nike box they were supposed to come in. The address on the bag was chinese and it was badly wrapped up. The material of the shoes are not that of real huaraches and are uncomfortable and far too small. Further proving they are fake, the logo is not even glued on correctly and there was no documents/receipt for the shoes in the plastic bag they came in. We have contacted our card company who are investigating. We have disputed the payment and are unsure if we will get our money back. If you have ordered report this to your bank/credit card and make sure you block these people in case they try and take any more money out your bank. Please beware of this and always check sites thoroughly before you buy anything off them so you do not get tricked like we have. Make sure the site is an official one or at least starts with http:// in the domain. Always research on line for the reviews of the site and check credentials. If it has more bad reviews than good do not buy. If there are no reviews do not risk it.
Yes, we got our money back off our credit card company because we rang them straight up as soon as we realised it was a scam. They asked us to send them copies of the packaging and any email/receipts, we also reported it to nike and our credit card company said that it was definitely not a legit website. We actually emailed the scam in china saying we would send them back if they gave us our £110 back but they gave us a threat of they might "not receive them" basically saying that if we sent them back they would not refund us. We reported it to trading standards and our credit card company took the payment off the scam and gave it back to us and blocked that company from ever taking from our account again. I am very sorry to hear that it has happened to you as well, just ring everyone you can and I hope you're able to get your money back! Good luck!!

Unfortunately I didn't read this before I ordered! Am now waiting for a pair that I think will probably be fake. Did you get your money back? I also used my credit card.
Wrong Item, Wrong Size And Fake!
I ordered a pair of black and blue Nike Huarches for my grandson in a size 6 at a cost of £53.95, plus I had to pay import duty/vat of £3.25 as they came from China!? I received a pair of black, blue and orange trainers in a size 7 and they are obviously fakes. I have emailed but don't hold out much hope after reading reviews. I could kick myself as I should know better than to use a site without paypal or reviewing it first.
I have given one star because I actually received something.
