In July 2016 I ordered a £45.00 pair of brown boating shoes UK size 8.5: Delivery was around £ 9.00: 17 days later, they sent me a pair of blue boating shoes, completely different style UK size 8.0

I emailed their customer service department at Manbear-rig.co.uk

Firstly thy admitted that hey had sent the Wong shoes, in style colour and size:

They suggested I sell them on ebay and they would discount a subsequent purchase

They offered my 10.00 euros only. What a way for Manbear-rig.co.uk to treat any customer. I guess thy can and did because they do not respect a UK consumer law and our rights. (they don’t have to because they operate from China)

This is after 1 month of continuous emails

If you order from these people expect the following

1. The wrong product to arrive after a couple of weeks

2. Poorly packaged

3. No phone number you can use AT ALL

4. Email only contact (no number at all!) 

5. They kept changing so to delay any meaningful conversation

6. Poor email service

7. No offer of sending you the right product

8. Contempt of any consumer law in this country

9. A suggestion that you ebay the product and reorder from them

10. Complete contempt of you as a customer

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY THE GLOSSY WEBSITE AND GOOD PHOTOS AND DO NOT LOOSE YOUR MONEY:

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED These people operate outside any sense of customer satisfaction or consumer law !

I have lost all my money and I want to warn other UK customers before they buy and use these awful people
