I Am Unable To Contact Lloyd Shoes In Krefeld. In
I am unable to contact Lloyd Shoes in Krefeld. Initially, I left a few messages, but I have received no response. On a number of occasions, the vendor has hung up on me, citing that she couldn't hear me. The website said initially goods are dispatched within 4 or 5 days, but it has been almost 2 months.
I am now trying to chase the vendor via my bank.
Initial contact with the vendor was positive. I had ordered three pairs of shoes and four shoe trees. I was told that one of the pairs of shoes was unavailable, and asked to make another purchase. I selected another pair and was told (by email) that it would be at least another 15 days before delivery.
I agree totaly with JaguarUK's comments as their service is not what I would expect from a respected brand like Lloyd shoes. I am also still waiting for my shoes where more than 2 months have now passed since I made my order back in December 2006 from Sweden. I have tried to contact every single avaliable option on their website and I only get silence. I am seriously considering legal action if my payment will not be credited back to my credit card soon.
I would not recommmend purchasing any product from Lloyds web stores as they clearly can not deliver on time and seem to have inappropriate experience on how to manage a web shop.
