I only very recently came upon this website when searching for a pair of heavy-duty (ie. warm!) winter boots as I'm going to New York in December and needed something not only warm & comfortable for all the walking I'm going to be doing, but also something with a deep-tread sole to deal with any potential snow! I'd seen a pair of Josef Seibel boots in a local store, but they were quite pricey and hence, my online search started! I found a pair of Josef Seibel boots on Javari's website (Sandra 04) that looked like they'd be up to the job (& were about £30 cheaper than the ones I'd seen in-store!), so I ordered these. The ordering process was quick & easy & I received the boots a few days later. They were well-packaged and just what I'd been hoping for. As I said, I've only had this ONE experience of shopping with Javari so far, but can happily say that I would order from them again & would happily recommend them to others.

I have now used Javari three times and each time has been easy, hassle-free and a fantastic shopping experience. I was initially attracted by the promise of free next day delivery and was not disappointed.

I am very fussy about shoes - liking stylish flats, trainers and boots rather than girly heels. I'm also a size 8-9 meaning it can be difficult for me to find good shoes in 'normal' shops. Javari's huge range and excellent filtering process (by size, type, colour etc) made this easy!

The brands I have bought have had very good sizing, so I have not had to return anything, but the fact that I could easily have just returned/exchanged a product was extremely reassuring.

The next day delivery which initially attracted me has really helped me out (one order was a last minute Christmas present and another was to replace broken wellies on the wettest week of the year!) - a major selling point of Javari.

My only slight reservation is that you sign in to Javari through Amazon meaning the whole process lacks personality. I'd have liked to sign up with a different email address (which I check more regularly!), and would have liked to see a bit more of a personal tone to the whole experience - but perhaps if i had needed to contact them I'd have found the experience pleasant. It has certainly not put me off shopping with them or recommending them!
