Made a purchase last year, they take payment then give you no information whatsoever on the process if your order. It tlook forever to arrive and when I called customer services, I might as well have spoken in French, they really didn't give a damn. I think ironfist use a specialized business for taking phonecalls etc. Not doing you any favours at all ironfist! I thought I'd give them another chance thus year, assumed they may have improved. No, they haven't. Really, just close up and don't bother anymore with this company. Customers really are not important, which is bizarre. How they've continued to trade is a mystery, it's obviously a big corporation, trading under many names

My wife ordered two pairs of shoes on Sunday morning. A few days later, on Thursday, only one pair of shoes arrived. The pair that arrived (flat ballerina pumps) looked cheap and nasty. No communications at all on what happened to the other pair. She was charged the full amount for both pairs of shoes. I had to call their "Customer Services" department and spoke to an angry member of staff who seemed frustrated that they had received too many orders! On top of the postage costs my wife was charged for sending out the goods, she now has to cover the costs for sending the shoes back whilst being out of pocket for the shoes she never received.

I cannot recommend Iron Fist and would certainly advise others to stay well clear of their products and services.
