Bought all 3 of my children shoes and waterproof coats for back to school this year. The coats were about £20 each and shoes around £14! Bargin!! The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Will be back again 5 stars from us

My wife & I always think of this warehouse whenever we need new footwear, cheap & cheerfull & usually very good selection.

However, on our last visit, to find some new work shoes for the wife, we were met with extremely poor customer care from the till operative. In this visit it happened to be a male, as usually has female staff.

Two pairs of shoes & one gillit purchase choice placed on the counter, one pair of shoes had a slight fault, the wife attempted a negotiation on the price but was met with a stern NO!!

The Gillit was then found to have been labelled wrong as a sale item, this was also refused a discount, these items were consequently removed from our purchase & the remaining pair of shoes were paid for.

Had a discount been offered for the slight manufacturing fault in the 1st pair of shoes, we may have purchased the Gillit at the "proper" price but.... owing to the diabolic attitude from the staff on the till they lost those sales.

We will not be returning so, therefore, they have also lost our custom.
