Having bought Ecco shoes for a while now I was pleased to find an online retailer that sold Ecco shoes at a slightly cheaper price.

I bought a pair of Ecco Xpedition lll Expresso boots from them but they were uncomfortable and created blisters on the achilles tendon. Rare for Ecco to be fair.

I posted a review on their website but it still shows "no reviews". Clearly they do not publish reviews that are not complimentary about their products.

I filled in an online contact form about the boots and naturally received no response.

I did not send the boots back for refund so have no idea how they would have performed in this situation but having worn them outside I am not sure if that is allowed.
