Absolutely no communication until a week before my wedding in 2014 when I wrote a negative comment on their fb!

Do not trust this company or pay for a service that will not be delivered. Cashing in on people hoping for a special pair of shoes for a special occasion.

Disgusting

I ordered a clutch and specially made shoes. I got them late and they were the wrong size. I returned them express mail to stay within the return policy time frame(spending more money). I still have yet to receive a refund and it's been almost a year. The emails stopped and there is no way I can call. Please don't spend your money, it is a trick. If you do get goods from them, its not going to be of quality or what you asked for. It really hurt having to find last minute shoes for a major event that you planned for months and spent a lot of cash for. My outfit was ruined!! Thankfully, I look good in anything I put on. But let's face it, who wants to be in some average shoes when you paid $500+??!!

I was EXTREMELY disgusted with my overall experience using thins vendor.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding day, 2 months later I received shoes in the wrong color, I was told, if I send my shoes back and pay an extra $45.00 on top of my $300.00 dollars I already paid for the shoes, I will receive my shoes for my wedding day.

I did not receive my new shoes AT ALL, so I was left with NO SHOES on my wedding day, and I still have not received my refund.

I contacted the person I dealt with several times, without any response back.

Whoever is reading this, I recommend NOT BUYING anything from this vendor.

I just wanted to leave a review so no one else is left in a similar position to me. I have been waiting for my order for over 2 months and after agreeing to another 2 week wait it has now been 3 weeks and still no shoes.

The owner of the company has messaged today to say she has had "disabling stress" and will be closing the company soon.

No apology for the lack of response, no responsibility for her actions.

I would urge anyone starting up a small business to consider the extra stress and responsibility that comes with running a business. Your customers really don' need to know your personal issues and just want to get what they ordered in a timely manner. With any issues or delays explained and communicated in a timely fashion.

Also don't promise timelines if you can't stick to them... manage expectations.

Please just close down your booking form if you're not taking orders - it will be best for your health and better for the people ordering.

I have just revived my fourth pair of shoes from Charlie Co. London.....and I am just as excited at the fourth as I was opening my first! I bought off line first, but my last pair I had custom made to a design I had chosen. Well I could not be more pleased! If I could afford a pair each pay, my wardrobe would be filled with this bling heaven! I just love that I can have whatever I want made and Charlie Co. will work with me to ensure the end result is what I want. One of my friends is getting married and she is has chosen to use Charlie Co. London to make her custom designed bridesmaid shoes and bridal shoes. (do I get a discount on my next pair! lol) Thank you so much, you know I will back for more! xx

I ordered a pair of custom made shoes for my wife for our anniversary and she fell totally in love with them. I wanted some quite specific alterations to the shoes to make them extra special and I found this company to be extremely helpful in ensuring I got what I needed. The customer service was first rate and I was kept informed as to the status of my order, all my questions were answered promptly and I felt that I was important to them. In fact there was even a personalised note with the shoes wishing us a happy anniversary which I thought was a lovely touch and it really added to making our day special. Highly recommended!

I found this company on Etsy and ordered on there.

Unfortunately I ran out of time for my review to be left on there so I promised her if leave one some place else.

All my questions were replied to so quickly and my concerns about color reassured. I was told if the color I wanted didn't match I could return or a different color which is what I had to do. The light rose wasn't "blush pink" enough so I traded in for a silvery crystal.

There was never a problem she couldn't help me with. The end result was beyond amazing. I can't thank you enough.

I waited a little over 2 weeks longer than advertised, but when the shoes arrived I was completely blown away by the shoes I ordered.

The service was fast to respond to my emails, I just wish I didn't have to wait lol

Products not as shown. Was harassed by seller with messages after giving an honest but negative review. Beware.

My daughter ordered shoes totaling $430 for her wedding on May 14, 2014. She has yet to get the shoes and it is now late August. They are not responding to her many attempts by phone, facebook and email to reach them. The only time they have answered her is when she said that she felt they were scamming her. They then promised to send another pair of shoes by air delivery and they were supposed to arrive a couple Thursdays ago. Still no shoes. We are now just a few weeks until the wedding and seem to be out the $430 with nothing to show for it. Beware!
