Merchant Doesn't Respond
Translation of Ugg Boots sizes was not accurate. Not able to contact supplier to return
1) the shipping details are in Chinese,
2) the email function on their website is broken and
3) I did not receive an email order confirmation from them (only from the credit card transaction).
Do not use boots-lover.com
