Firstly, I must point out that I found this review site by accident. Having goggled 'Bebooted' to make another purchase, for some reason I found this site. I am a returning customer and have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Furthermore, I have always found the service they provide exemplary. The negative review I have just read does not represent the BEBOOTED that I shop from!!

I ordered these boots which arrived on time. However, there were a number of stains on the boots. I phoned the provider and was faced with a rude member of staff who said that they were in the sale so could not be returned. I continued to explain how this was unacceptable and they asked how big the stain was, when I explained they remarked 'its not that big.' They also said that the scratches were a feature of the boots- which I think should have been made clear before purchasing.

I eventually got the money back but not the amount I had to pay for postage. I contacted them via letter and received some of the money for the postage.

I would not recommend this business because they were rude, unprofessional and put me out of pocket.
