I Received Worn Shoes!!!!!!
Hi all,
I'm sharing my experience of Allsole so that everybody can stay away from this company!!!
I bought a pair of Paul Smith shoes for USD 225 and I received indeed the pair that I have chosen but they were all worm!!!! Even my own shoes that I have for more than 5 years are not in that condition. Just unbelievable.
But the best part of it the Allsole's customer service.
I reached out to them explaining the situation and their reply was as unbelievable as the condition of the shoes. See below their first reply:
"Hello XX,
Thank you for getting in touch about your order XXXXXXX.
I am very sorry for how your order has been received, please could you provide us with a quote for how much it would cost to get them returned back to our warehouse.
If there is anything else that we can do then please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help.
Kind regards,
Allsole.com Customer Service Team"
As you can see, their main focus is to know how they can have their shoes back, without even paying attention to the customer's need.
But the best part of this story is that after looking twice at the package that they sent, I found a note inside the box with an apology for the damage box and a coupon for 15% on my next purchase. So that means that the person handling my order knew that the shoes was in a very bad condition and even though decided to ship it.
To me, only such a company can act this way!
And I still see it with the handling of my case with their customer service.
So if you are thinking of placing an order with them, be aware of what you might expect!!

No Sole From All Sole
After paying a hefty amount for some Ralph Lauren trainers I was seriously disappointed to have the sole of one shoe come off after just 3 months of usage. Upon contacting and arranging for the shoes to be returned, they told me that this was 'just wear and tear', which is ridiculous. The sole was hanging off on one shoe and fine on the other, which unless I went about wearing odd shoes (I don't) would not cause one shoe to practically disassemble itself whilst the other is as shiny as the day I received it. After going back and forth via their cumberstone messaging service they told me that a refund would not be possible, despite a clearly defective product. Terrible customer service.

Allsole - Selling Items They Dont Have
I bought some shoes for the bridesmaids at my wedding from AllSole...
They had all of the sizes I needed of a designer shoe, so I went ahead and got them all.
About 5 days later - when the shoes were supposed to arrive - I got one of them in the post, and a completely impersonal, blunt email saying that the other two of them were cancelled. They gave no reason or explanation - in fact it was worded as if I had canceled it.
As you can imagine, this was a bit of a nightmare for me, since so close to my wedding, it has been impossible for me to find the rest of the set for the other people at the discounted price (which I budgeted for). As a result, I have had to shell out full price for the rest of them so that two of my 5 bridesmaids weren't lacking in shoes.
I had to contact customer services at AllSole to found out what on earth happened - other than that I had no explanation.
Aside from my personal awkward situation... Selling stock that you don't have is terrible.
Conclusion:
If it is on their site, they might NOT ACTUALLY HAVE IT!
Do not buy, especially if you have time constraints.
