I researched many label production companies before I chose Woven Printed Garment Labels. I decided to go with this company because I had prompt and helpful replies to my enquiries from the start. Many companies would not send out samples of their labels; this was important to me as I wanted to feel the texture of the material before I ordered it. WPGL sent me a huge selection straight away. Once I decided which design to go with, their representative took me through the options quickly and efficiently, showing me samples of the design at every stage (which I changed quite a few times). She replied to my emails pretty much immediately and kept me informed of the production process all the way through. The lead times were exactly as advertised, and when the finished product arrived it was just as I had expected. The print quality is excellent. It is refreshing to deal with a company who places such importance on customer service and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I am happy with service and product. I recieved cotton labels. They are soft and looks just like I hoped. I chose the color of the printing and also the size and design of the labels. This is the second time I order from this company and I will order again.

I'm really happy with the labels I ordered. Quality printed labels worth the price. The customer service team was really helpful and quick to respond to any of my queries. They also follow up and make sure you received the order ok, which is a nice touch. The only slight negative feedback I have is that I wasn't made aware that lead-times increase during busy seasons, such as fashion week. When I first enquired about timeframes I was told a lead-time of 3 weeks which then increased to 5 weeks, 2 week later when I made my order. Overall great service and product experience. I'd recommend the company to anyone looking for high quality labels.
