we use Tyson Prints Service, the price was great and the service at first was great, then once payments were made call were not being responded to, the communication was not clear and were told one thing and promised prices that were not delivered.

When a payment was late we recieved a small claims form and then when we looked into this company we found out it is a ONE MAN BAND.

I approached Tyson to print some flyers for an upcoming event. The quote they gave me was very reasonable, the best I had found by quite some margin.

They were a pleasure to deal with. The man I spoke to was friendly, clearly knew his business very well and was more than happy to answer all of my questions (even if a few were pretty basic!)

The only reason I haven't given them five stars is because of the turn around time of over a week. I have had other places say they could complete it sooner. I appreciate they were very busy at the time and I did go forward with the order knowing full well the time it would take them to complete the project, but I can't in good faith give them five stars, which to me means perfect!

Anyway, the service and quality of the finished product was great. I would happily recommend them.

I first heard of Tyson Printers after a friend of mine recommended them. I decided to give them a call, the person I got through to couldn't have been more helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and gave me a quote on the spot. I'd already spoken to a few other printers in the area and his quote was the best of the lot.

I decided to go ahead with Tyson right away as I was happy with the price and doubtful I'd find much cheaper elsewhere. I sent them the artwork for the flyers and business cards I wanted printed later that day. They were approved the very same day, and I was told that they'd be ready by the end of the week (just two days time) which was fantastic.

I opted to pick up the flyers to save money. Upon arrival I was greeted straight away and not left standing, or ignored as I have experienced at other places. I checked the flyers before leaving, they were just as I had expected. Superb quality and just like the mock up they had shown me.

I'm not usually one to give glowing reviews like this, I am quite picky and can usually find something to criticise. However, on this occasion I really can't fault Tyson on any front. Customer service, delivery time and quality were all spot on.

I will certainly be using them in the future and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for any printed materials.
