My order was cancelled, without notice, 10 days after being placed because it was apparently too small in value. Total waste of my time.

I spent two hours designing the signs on the website (which was actually very good) and phoned for an update 10 days after the order was placed as the order hadn't showed up. Their website had been showing an order status of "dispatched" for several days so I phoned for an update, only to be told that my order had been cancelled as it was too small. No apology, just "the company owner's decision". Wow. Instead of "sorry, the website shouldn't have allowed you to place the order in the first place" or "we should have put the minimum order value on the website before you started, out mistake" I literally just received a voicemail telling me my order was being cancelled.

Thanks for completely wasting my time.

Having trawled the usual search engines looking for Magnetic van signs, we finally ended up at thesigndesigner.co.uk

Even for a Luddite like me their website was incredibly easy to use and we ended up with very professionally produced signs at a fraction of what we were expecting to pay.

Delivery was on time and I thoroughly recommend this site to any small business.
