I ordered some business cards and received a prompt email to acknowledge this. It stated that Critterprint would be in touch very soon. That was three weeks ago. I have emailed four times recently to ask for information about my order. Have had no response at all. Never a good sign, and doesn't bring confidence in the company. Perhaps they are simply busy and don't have time to reply. Perhaps my order will arrive soon. I really hope so but am so far disappointed in the service provided. Can't comment on the quality of work as I've had nothing back even though I've paid for a supply of business cards. Not happy.

I would have like to know that I would receive anything in return for my money before placing an order with this company.

Please avoid. I ordered flyers and they never arrived, I am in process of trying to take them to court to get my money back!

I have used this twice now and would use it again I think the business cards are brilliant off here and you get what you want for your money I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member! so Thankyou!!
