You passed on all the details and information you had which was fine but I do get frustrated that the power companies involved just keep telling you to relax but don't go into any detail or answer emails. Scottish Power were even surprised how their system was working on my IPad! They don't help you to feel very confident which in the long run doesn't help you.

Highly recommended for others to use, really easy and straight forward and it's saved me quite a bit of money per year so I didn't hesitate to switch my supplier.

The switch site is easy to use and hopefully all will proceed smoothly- however in sending out the review feedback survey so quickly (next day after switch initiated) the questions regarding efficiency and ease of the actual switch are far too early. As the switch was only begun yesterday I have no idea, at this stage, whether it will all go smoothly or not!
