Just tried to write a review for optical express about the terrible service I received, but it won't allow me to write a bad review, terrible website should be removed. I would never recommend this site, and will tell everyone I know about it, and how bias it is towards good reviews.

I have tried several times to post a negative review of Optical Express on Treatmentsaver, having had substantial problems following surgery by that company. On no occasion has the review been posted and on no occasion have I had the courtesy of a response from treatmentsaver indicating why my review appears to be unpublishable;.All the reviews of optical Express Liverpool are glowing positives. My negative is being ignored for no apparent reason. I do not believe that TreatmentSaver is offering a balanced view.

I booked a rather sensitive operation on treatmentsaver.com and got a fantastic deal. Unlike Duncan B of the Dragons who said he doesnt look at price, I felt that price is an important factor. This coupled with the excellent information on website made me give it a five stat rating. I saw the two dashing founders on Dragons Den and dont know why the Dragons didnt get the concept. I would have invested GBP 200K if i had the money!!!

With something as important as "Cosmetic Surgery" the decision as to which clinic/doctor to see is all important. I want the best doctor at the cheapest price. The idea that i can check reviews to see what others thought is great, but no one is this satisfied simply with a referral engine - there are always improvements, yet every one of these reviews gives it 5 stars - i smell a rat......

When it comes to a decision like this, i need to be absolutely assured that i'm making the right choice, and reviews go a long way to helping me, but this concerns me, a lot!!

When you have genuine reviews, post them here, don't write your own reviews under assumed names - you are effectively tricking customers into using your service and when something goes wrong, you have effectively tricked a customer into a potentially life threatening situation.

As this will no doubt be deleted (no freedom of speech on this website), i will be sure to find plenty of other places online to voice this opinion.

Word to the wise guys, no one is this satisfied - where are the negative reviews. You need critique when making a big decission, not unanimous love. The majority of people that post reviews, post complaints - and i don't see any!!

I found this information on this website reliable and informative. All of the information provided was written by health professionals which meant it was extremely trustworthy.

The most helpful thing was the fact the Lasik prices for every clinic was listed which is often something that is hard to find.

I booked my appointment through the website which meant I qualified for a discount which was also pleasing.

I am one of those people who researches every possible angle to save money and as one of those people I found this website a winner!

It is a simple website in that it allows you to book consultations for free and in exchange you get a discount at the clinic. The most pleasing thing was that there was no obligation involved when you booked the appointment. This means that if i decide not to go ahead with the treatment it will have cost me nothing which is my kind of site!

5 star website hence the 5 star vote!

I found this website a real joy to use with easy navigation and lots of useful information and features.

I revisited the site on numerous occasions as I was taking my time researching about laser eye surgery. It was particularly comforting to know that all the information that was provided was written a laser Optometrist. I tend to be quite skeptical by my nature and I often doubt the quality of the information provided so it was relieved to see this written by a qualified professional.

I also used the site to compare the different clinics and the reviews were really helpful in making my decision which clinic to choose.

It is certainly a website that i will be telling my friends and family about.
