I Thought I Was Applying For A Short Term Loan And
I thought I was applying for a short term loan and after paying a fee was inundated with loan companies offers none of which were guaranteed. No response from the customer services number. Put on hold continually. Worse still my bank will not refund the fee. I have written to them but I won't hold my breath. Interesting to see if they close shop after the new rules come into effect! Avoid at all costs!
