I was impressed with the ease of use of this website, the layout and the look.

I called fizzyholidays.co.uk to avail of a deal expecting some charges such as baggage and transfers etc so I knew to expect to pay a bit more. I was told they had the offer available, they then took my details i.e. passenger names, address, email etc but also my payment details. I was anxious about providing the card details so early and asked them to make sure to tell me the full price prior to charging my card and they said they wouldn't. I was then hit with the actual price. Whenever I said, I had a budget in mind and that I would not be going ahead with the purchase as it exceeded my budget, I was bombarded with variant offers and the agent would not accept the word NO! I had to eventually say, 'I am not being rude but I have to hang up as you're not listening'. I felt/feel uncomfortable that I might still be charged so called back to ensure they wouldn't and they tried selling to me again!!!

Surely they should only have taken my card details after they had given me the total price and I was ready to agree and make a purchase!! It was a very dodgy, under hand, sneaky, sleeked way of conducting business. The agent was very pushy and impatient and ultimately and aggressive seller.

This was an exceptionally poor customer experience which has left me uncomfortable and uneasy.

on calling to enquire about an advertised holiday i was told it was no longer availiable. i enquired about another holiday advertised and was told this was availiable. when i stated it was for 6 people i was told the price would be different. i asked why this was as it was advertised at one price only. i was then told the advertised price is for 2 people only. nowhere on the advert does it state this. the telephone manner of the gentleman was abrupt and rude and customer service skills are terrible. he continuously spoke over me when i was talking and i had to ask him to stop talking over me on more than 1 occasion. his voice was raised telling me to read the terms and conditions at the bottom of the page. i have done so and still cnt find anything stating advertised prices are for 2 people only. this call was extremely unplesant and not what you expect when booking a holiday. would never attempt to use this company now.

Misleading prices despite good search facility. they need to check holidays are available before putting up for comparison as calls lead to company offering same holiday for 3x's more!

Great deal website, just booked a holiday to spain with them, great price was really really cheap, love their cartoon boy :) will be back again fizzy :)

Found fizzy holidays on their twitter account, the website is a lovely looking website very cleanly designed friendly and fast with the best prices, we booked a holiday to Malaga this august all inclusive was a great price!! will be back in the future,, will highly recommend to my party friends!! xx

The deals on fizzyholidays are just fantastic better than any other website I have seen! The staff are so lovely when you call up, Excellent customer service Have booked my holiday to Greece with the family in august super exited and got a great bargain! Will definitely be using again for my holiday next year :) Thanks guys
