At last, something to do with Broadband that is concerned with quality of service. It was Speedcheck's politely worded request to offer a review that prompted my presence here. Having recently been tricked to move from BT to Tesco via the Hudl's free non existant free Broadband offer (apparently I'm not in 'their' area) I'm again looking for a BB service that does what it says on the tin.

Does as it says on the box

The test is too fast. It doesn't allow enough time for the broadband speed to settle. It should be at least 5 seconds longer to get a more accurate result about the download speed.

I am really happy with the performance and reliability of Virgin Broadband. Installation didn't go very well though. The fitters turned up without the tools to do the job properly and I was left with the cables lying on top of my drive for about 5 or 6 weeks.

it was very easy to do took a few seconds to test, will tell my friends and family to check their computer broadband speed on this site.

Not a lot to say really just wanted to test Up/Down load speeds too enable comparisons with competitors.
